10+! I have a PM Flat Iron and I use it daily on all of my clients.. from thick to thin, long to short and it works best for all hair types. I have also used the Chi and didnt think it made the hair shine as good at the PM! There is nothing like it! Plus its cheaper and has good warrenty. And on top of that its durable! I am very clumsy and drop everything and i have dropped this falt iron a million times and 3yrs later its still working like the 1st day i got it!

sorry can't rate it, nothing is better than a chi, trust me. ESPECIALLY if u have thin hair. a chi straightens but also gives your hair a fullness and a bounce. go with chi, always!

Neither are good. Try a Sedu (Jennifer Anistons :0)
You can still find it on Folica.com. It is ranked #1 hair straightener.
