Soak them in Epsom salt and warm water with marbles on the bottom on the pan or container. Roll your feet over the marbles. Listen to relaxing music or read a book.

I got a PT job at Best Buy and I was on my feet and they were KILLING me, even after 4 hours or so. I gave up the cute sytlin shoes and went to KMart and bought some like, industrial, comfortable shoes. Huge difference. I got compliments on them too. Also, take 2 Advil 30 mins before work. With both, it made it much better.

When you get home from work put your feet in a bowl of warm wter with salt in water (about half a cup)
Dry them and put your feet up on a stool when you are sitting down
Try and wear comfortable shoes to work.....
You may need to see a foot specialist to make sure there is nothing medically wrong
Take care

Take a nice long hot bath, and when you get out, rub Eucalyptus or mint lotion on your feet and lower legs. When you go to bed, elevate your legs and sleep on your back. Also, take a few ibuprophens or an analgesic of choice. & if you have a significant other, have them rub your feet really good... Should help out alot, thats what I do!
