In Nova Scotia, how long would it take me to go from not even having taken the written test to being able to drive without an adult? And I mean what is the fastest possible way to do this.

I'm 19 and I haven't gotten my lisence yet because I have a bit of a fear of driving. I assure you I am very mature and responsible. The reason this is coming up now is that my boyfriend who I have been in a long distance relationship with so far this school year will be staying with a friend this summer and will have no way to get to see me and I can't drive yet (regretting not doing this sooner) So I thought that I would ask just in case. I didn't really think it would be possible to get my lisence before the summer.

Take the written test, pass it, and enroll in a driving school. After a couple of lessons, a qualified instructor will give you an idea how fast you are capable of learning to drive well. Your learner stage is minimum 6 months. You can leave the Newly Licensed stage no earlier than age 18 years and three months.
