The power company is required to suply you house with 120 volts plus or minus 5 percent that means 114 to 126 volts. There is no such thing as 110 volts if you have 110 call your power co.

How about a little more information then just 110V AC.
110 to 120 volts AC single phase (outlet)
120/120/240 V AC split Phase (residential and small business)
120/120/120/208 V AC 3 Phase Wye (Three phase commercial power for office buildings main panels.
240V AC Three Phase Delta, (Small Commercial machine shop and Industrial complex)
277/277/277/ 480 V AC Three Phase Wye (Larger Commercial Office buildings and specially low load commercial buildings)
480 Volt Delta (Three Phase Delta for Heavy Duty Commercial and heavy Industrial Motor type facilities.)
