Most Indian Girls from Conservative families are having sex with their school/college level boyfriends or with guys they love at a tender age...that's against Indian Customs.
At 17 yrs some girls are getting pregnant & asking in Yahoo Answers what to do?
Why are these girls so shameless?
They are shameless to the extent that they are kissing & doing what not even in public places like inside multiplexes, cinema halls in front of lots of people watching this!!!

I can't answer that but what I can say is, this is the world we live in today.
We are given more freedom
Freedom of choices,
Freedom of speak,
Freedom of being more for our self
Just look around all over the world today.
We are free of other people telling us what we can or can't do.
Freedom For All
The truth will set you free
A mend

I am an Indian girl but i was not born in India and i have never been to India except once in my whole life. I am 24 and still i have not done the things that most Indian girls in in India are doing. Sex is supposed to be practised only after marriage in the Hindu culture. If I (and many others) live so far away from the motherland and we are still able to hold on to our culture and what is important to us then why can't those girls there. I do not know why they want to be so American in their views and in their behaviour. It is true that the world is going through a massive wave of Americanisation but that does not mean that one has to go ahead and lose their virginity. Why don't they try to adopt the good things and keep their culture intact at the same time? It is possible. Many have done it. I am also doing it. I think that they get carried away with themselves and the freedom they get. And i think this is where a large number of AIDS victims also come from today. They need to sit and think of who they are and maybe they will see that their current behaviour is not representing our culture properly. Indian culture is so beautiful so why are we leaving it and following Americans.

As India becomes more westernised, it will inevitably take on the customs of the West. With the good (economic improvements, better quality of living etc.) comes the previously unknown. Perhaps you should not be so quick to judge people. Being free to love another and experience things is a nice thing. Although traditional beliefs may be compromised, it brings way to new things. Be open to change!

Experimenting with sex and especially if it is done for love, an expression of love, at even a tender age to me is nothing immoral. It's just a part of growing up. Public expression of love is entirely a matter of personal choice and ur comfort level with it, maybe ppl who r in love can't even help it.
But then, pretending to be a virgin/ uninterested in sex or demeaning it/ pretending u have never done it is an indication of a fake person and it is entirely subjective whether u like such people or not (though most ppl would say they don't but i guess a fake person would like another fake person!).
I don't like hypocrites and pretentious women, just like straightforward ppl who r honest to themselves, but am sure there are tons of guys who like such women n i don't think they deserve anything better.

buddy, Girls and guys all around the world are losing virginity at early age.
Talking about the Indian scenario, why just consider girls? Why not guys who are losing it too?
The reason is simple. We have imparted a bit too much of freedom to the people of wrong age. They wanna enjoy all the fun that adults enjoy. They say it's their right to choose how they wanna live their own life. But they don't wanna take over the responsibilites of the adults. At this point they would say it's not time for them to do so. This is what I find funny. Everyone's prepared to enjoy their rights, but for duties - none.
The basic problem is that we are actually losing our culture. We forgot to respect our own values as well as values of every individual around us. See the results for yourself.
Western culture cannot be blamed for that. When you say that Indians are following the western concepts then they must very well understand the impact of these activities on the western areas itself. No wonder there are more divorces, more rapes, etc. over there. Since they enjoy sex to the fullest they want more. That's how BDSM and torture sex came into picture.
Once we follow any concept which is not ours we gotta look out for the results to. We ignored them. Now to recover from the scenario it's necessary to educate these young guys and gals about misuse of freedom and it's ill effects. Teach them to respect their own values and respect each individual out there. It will not only help us out of this very situation but also be a key to a perfect society.
:-)

It is part of human evolution. More will be seen in the course of time in India. Basically it is the symptom of emancipation having been exposed to so many shades of life.
Another important thing is that it is the primary biological urge that nobody can stop. The present day girls are more vulnerable and also have guts to try and explore the excitement. If anyone seriously sad about this will only land up in sex problems when his time comes (mostly after his marriage).
So try to ignore these behaviours of present day indian girls and move on with your own business for your own peace in life.

I think its all is impact of bollywood movies, sex shows & star plus programmes. The BF/GF culture is quite common these days & people are not keeping any limits with thier lovers. i.e., even if only one is interested then he/she forces the other. Also in India people are not as matured as in foriegn countries. They are children to big/multi-millionnare families, so don have any responsibility also, so that can understand the importance of these things.

you can tell that this is due to western influence. girls think that just by doing this they are getting westernised but they do not know the actual reality there. in western countries they are more independent than they look to be. these girls are not aware of these and to tell it precisely they are neither western nor indian. they still depend on their husbands.
