Assuming you are in the USA, yes, these are toll-free calls from a land-line. There is probably still an air-time charge if you use a cellular phone to make such calls. If you live outside the United States, you will still be charged an international connection toll for the call to reach the US phone system. If for some reason you are unsure if the number originates and terminates in the same country, call your long distance telephone service provider.
