ok..well i like this guy ALOT...but i am not sure that he likes me. He saids that he doesnt want a gf but on a quiz thing i asked people what they thought of me. and it said bf/gf and he said maybe....but we talk all the time on the internet but at school we dont.....he saids when he likes a girl he doesnt know what to say....could that mean that he likes me?....I mean either he likes me or he dont i'm tried of waiting...but sometimes the right on is worth to wait on right?....i mean i would talk to him in person but its just hard..i dont know what to say to him.....what should i do?....

Well, what I would do would be to back off just a little bit. Give him a little leg room. When you haven't spoken to him on the web or in person for a while, then just bluntly say how you feel about him, say, " (Name of This Guy) I really like you, and i was just wanting to know if you felt the same way about me?" Guys really like it when women are honest about there feelings, makes matters easier for them. If he doesn't like you also, then forget it. There are plenty of other guys around. Trust me, I am one.

Just because he doesn't know what to say, doesn't mean that you don't. I would approach him, in person, not on internet, and tell him you really like him and that you know he might not know what to say but that you just wanted to let him know how you feel. It's making it as safe as it can be for him to say he likes you too. Maybe the bf/gf thing will take time; but starting to communicate in person is your best bet. Make it ok for him not to feel the same way, too. You want to make sure you preserve the friendship you have with him. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. At least you will learn if you should move on to someone else as a bf interest or stick with him while he becomes more comfortable.

Many guys 'just don't know what to say' when they are with a girl. That's quite normal. You can help him by slowly easing him into chat with you. You initiate all topics and make them as general as you can, various topics. You don't want to have him discuss any issue in any depth, not for a while. Besides, it's his opinion you want to seek, one that is sought without any judgement. Don't change his opinion, just nod your head and accept them.
Always give compliments, but, don't give so much that you begin to sound phony either. Guys won't say they like to hear they are being affirmed, but, if you do it, they will feel good. (and they wont even say they good! after hearing you say so!).
Now, if you need to be affirmed, you need to tell him so. Tell him that you need him to say that he appreciates you.
Yes, it's bc we have not been praised enough when we were kids. So, just use a little affirmative action, and smile, so, he knows you mean it and not just saying it.
Don't drop him just yet, relationships take a lot of time to build, then, build it on solid foundation. Patience, perseverance, grace, humor...

The thing to do is DON'T WAIT. You are young so go out, date lots of guys, & have a lot of fun.
Waiting for one guy to grow up & get the nerve to ask you out is just a waste of your valuable time.
In an indirect way you will do him a favour by just looking out for yourself. When he see's that his shyness is holding him back, he will get over it real quick, & then you will be hearing from him more often.

he is not into you, if he does not want to talk to you in person its because your his internet booty call, not to be taken seriously
maybe he is a player, ask him out, if he says no, thats it, unless he tries to string you along, he's not the only guy in the world, if you want to go out with a guy like that then continue to not have any self respect.

YOU SHOULD WAIT ON HIM AND KEEP BEING HIS FRIEND ASK HIM TO GO OUT FOR COFFEE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND IF HE THINKS ITS A DATE JUST SAY WHERE GOING OUT DUTCH
