No, definitely not.

To get bulky, you'd have to be lifting heavy weights, 3 times per week. WIth the elliptical, you'll get a good cardio workout and some reasonable toning. But not bulky, muscle.

Bulky, probably not. You will lose weight, because it is cardiovascular excercise. If you wnt to become bulky, start a weight training regimen.

for the highly untrained individual there will almost always be some initial increase of fat free mass when regular exercise has begun. this has more to do with increased nutrient uptake in skeletal muscle and an increase in anabolic activity. there is simply not enough time under tension during the eccentric portion of the exercise for continued gains of fat free mass regardless of the caloric intake.

you must be a tough cookie, i can't do my elliptical more than 20 minutes and i'm beat! But yeah.....your thighs are gonna bulk up......
