sounds good. you may want to add a piece of whole grain toast and / or a glass of skim milk or yogurt if you want to really round it out.

I prefer my eggs cooked all the way through and I would have toast and no fruit. Or I would have oatmeal and fruit. How about a shake with the banana and strawberry in it but no egg. How about some veggies cooked with the egg whites....and wheat toast.

Eggs that are sunny side up have no appeal to me. Are you going to cook the strawberries and banana in the eggs? That really sounds nasty.

That sounds wonderful! Unless you mean you are going to cook the eggs with the strawberries and banana mixed into them... that would be nasty.

I don't like cooked strawberries and banana. Just cook the eggs and it sounds fine.

Not terrible, but better to include milk and cereal and eat one egg or an egg white product like Egg Beaters instead. Try to include foods from all the major food groups in every meal, and eat whole grains with every meal as well for nutrients, fiber, and help in feeling satisfied.

How about a breakfast burrito instead on a whole wheat tortilla. Scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and salsa and rolled up with a glass of juice to wash it down. Then a little melon salad for dessert. Mmmmm, I can hardly wait for morning now!!

Sounds healthy, but it's kind of a werid combination. You could try having oatmeal with a banana thinly sliced on top and a glass of skim milk.

Sounds delicious. How bout throwing some heavier fiber in there. It helps your digestive system clean itself out in the morning after having sat there all night doing nothing.
I bit of oatmeal would be perfect.
Try and stay away from processed cereals, even the better cereals like raisin bran etc...

I think I would keep the strawberries and banana on the side or make muffins of it all.

You MUST add the grain.
Oatmeal!! yum- its really good for you- and highly necessary.
the fruit is good, but it is important to balance it all.
you need calcium- milk
grains- oatmeal
protein- eggs
fruit- strawberries and banana is good (i prefer OJ or grapefruit)
and i have to add a cup of coffee (it neutralizes the pH in your mouth and has magnesium or some thing like that in it)
