just to commemorate how cool and secure with our beliefs we are. and how we dont need to resort to "how much time does it waste to read richard dawkins?" to give us a big, ignorant swell in our pride. what do you think?

December's no good, silly! Too many religious holidays at that time. How about August?

December is a good and bad month for various reasons, good because that is when many other major holidays are, bad for the same reason.

Wanting an "atheist history month" tells me that you're not as secure in your beliefs as you claim to be.

If you really were secure in your beliefs, why do you need to "go public" with it with an entire month blocked off on the calendar?

I mean, come on -- you only get one day if you're Irish. Why do you need a whole month?

I'm more secure and at ease with my Catholic faith than at any other time in my life, ever -- but I don't need a "Catholic history month" to commemorate it!

It's a waste of time. I posted an answer to the question to which you refer -- pathetic. One can lead the "believers" to the pure river of knowledge, but getting them to drink it is another matter altogether: having made up their minds, they are loath to let themselves be confused by anything as inconvenient as a fact.

YOU NEED TO LOOK INSIDE YOURSELF FOR THAT ANSWER, A VERY "LOONEY" QUESTION...BUT SOMETHING THAT WELL WE ALL WILL GET ANSWERED WHEN WELL OUR LIVES COME TO AN END AS WE PASS AND STAND AT THE ALMIGHTIES DOOR...WHAT A POSITIVELY UN-TIMELY AND ANTI COMMON SENSE QUESTION IF I HAVE EVER HEARD ONE...GET A GRIP...READ YOUR HISTORY...NOT THE POLITCALLY CORRECT CRAP IN SCHOOLS "DARWINISM" FULL OF HOLES...SEEK THE ANSWERS BY STUDY OF HISTORY ...BIBLE HISTORY ....YOU NEED A CLUE!!
