Some still do worship the sun as God, for those very reasons.

Yes, the Sun is a life giver...and because of that people in the old days used to worship it as creator. It's more plausible then some God that is supposed to exist outside of the universe, not to mention more real. You can go outside during the say and look up at the sun, no one can doubt it's existence.

Yes, the Sun god Ra was important to Egyptians, and it is probably therefore no coincidence that he is also seen as the ruler of all. The sun was either seen as the body or eye of Ra.
I believe God created the sun, as the Bible directs.

The two concepts are one and the same, as long as you are a member of the human race, dude, or dudess!! So what else is new, darling!! Remember its been stated by people who speak words of wisdom, say "If you sleep with the dogs, you will definitely acquire the resident fleas, and your level of existence is established by your own actions." I doubt fleas, would they worship or fulfill Mother Nature's plan for its exsistence.

This is true, sun worship at least makes sence because we can see and understand the sun.
Interestingly, If you replace the u with an o you get son. So some people now worship the "son"

I still worship sun as god.
Spirituality rises from respecting our sources of life, not from dumb belief, that only their god is true god.
