Hey, it sounds good on paper, but it rarely works that way. When you are hungry, (truly hungry, not bored) you should eat. Eating small amounts of food several times per day boosts your metabolism and weight loss takes less effort. By all means, do make sure you get plenty of water. Eating ice is a very good way of "drinking" water. Although people can successfully lose weight without exercising, it is a very slow and inefficient method of doing so. One should burn the fat and build the muscle. Consider this. A pound of lean muscle tissue in your body burns fat up to nine times faster than the same amount of fatty tissue. If that's not an incentive to exercise, then I don't know what is.

I'm goinig to say this and only this.
Starving isn't the answer. Yes, if you drink enough water through a whole week. Water only, you will loose about 4lbs a week. This varies on you calorie intake and other physical conditions. It I was you, go to the website www.ironforlife.com. This website is a talk forum where you can ask questions and get professional advice about weight lifting, supplement taking, diet information, and more.
If your just wanting quick advice.
Eat about 5 to 6 times a day. Make each meal little. Like a cup of oatmeal in the morning, and so on. When you consume 3 meals a day you consume about 1200 calories per meal. Sometimes it's even more. My advice is too watch what you eat. Eat lean meat and if you have to snack on small stuff. Like sugar free puddin, almonds, and so.
Oh and by the way for the person that answered somewhere in the top. Dieting is the most effective way to get toned and ripped out. Yes you do have to exercise. It calls for a *hit ton of cardio but dieting is the most effective way to get ripped or in other words lose weight for you. Go check out that site they'll tell you.

No, starving yourself will only make you gain weight by putting your body in starvation mode. If you want to lose weight, you have to exercise to burn calories, and the first step is to see your doctor.

No, there is no nutrition or calories in ice--so it won't satisfy your hunger. You'll eat a bowl of crushed ice and the go out for a McDonald's Super Size Value Meal so what's the point?

Dieting alone is the least effective way to lose weight. You have to burn more calories then you take in

why don't you wanna exercise???
i can honestly tell you that i ran a mile everyday for about 3 months and i lost about 15 pounds while still eating bad things...imagine what exercise can do when you eat right...as for the ice thing....why not just starve yourself...if you plan on doing that

No, just eat healthy foods in moderation and exercise. There is no special diet that works miracles.
