Girls absolutely adore nice guys!!!!!!
The problem is that nice guys respect girls. They take their time. They don't push their way into situations. If a girl hesitates a nice guy will back off rather than force her to do something that she doesn't want to do. The bad boy on the other hand, the one that always gets the girl, is the one who pushes himself on her. He goes after what he wants and doesn't stop until he gets it or he has pushed her away.
Be a good guy but let the girl know you're interested. Flirt. But show respect. Don't compromise your standards or hers but don't take the back burner to some guy who will push his way in.
I was always looking for a nice guy, they were just not as easy to find as the bad boys.

Those are all really awsome qualities! Any girl would be lucky to have you but don't make finding one your misssion in life. If you come off cocky or anything like that..it's usually a hugge turn off. There's nothing we hate more (or me atleast) than a guy thats too full of himself.

it might be completely the opposite, maybe nobody knows this about you! If your on the shy side try putting yourself out there more, get involved in conversations with people, let your personality shine!
If your looking for a girl the quality ones will be able to see all of this in you. Those are the ones you want

Since I don't know you, I can't anwer this very completely, but based on your question here's my answer:\

It could be that you are trying too hard to find a girlfriend at all. I know lots of sweet, romantic, etc. guys who took a while to find a girlfriend simply because all the girls (including me!) could tell they were trying too hard. If this isn't your case, then I don't know!
Maybe if you have a lot of female friends, and they really love you as just a friend, they can't picture you as a boyfriend...?
Girls take awhile to come back around to the nice guys, to be truthful. I know it sucks for you great guys, but be patient. The right girl will come along.

I think you sound really great! I don't think the fact that you don't have a girlfriend means anything at all. Maybe you haven't met the right girl or maybe there are a lot of girls who actually really like you but are too shy to say something. Or maybe bc you're so outgoing, lots of girls are unsure as to whether you really like them or you're just being friendly.
Having a huge list of qualities isn't what it's all about at the end of the day, it's about whether you have chemistry or not. I am sure there are lots of girls who would love to date you. Don't stress - it all works out in the end.

i know that i look for that in guys but it can be that u r too shy......if u dont have a girlfriend it could be becuz when u like a girl u probably r too scared to tell her or ask her out.........some girls just might not think that u r there type........personality is important but most girls want a guy with good looks too....certain girls look for specific looks on guys but if ur really what u describe than u should find a girl in no time......ur young n u have time its not the end of the world if u dont currently have a girl

You have many good qualities to offer someone. Looks arent everything.
How about joining a youth group ?? spend some of your time with kids your age,and dont concentrate so hard on the girls.
I cant tell you why you dont have a girlfriend. Your 16,and very young . you have the rest of your life in front of you - dont rush things,

Why don't you have a gf? I really don't know....but I like that in a guy. I like sweet, romantic, nice....in guys. I think that's the best part in a guy. But maybe...I don't want to sound rude....the looks? Are you good or bad looking? I mean it shouldn't matter...but most girls go for the looks. And I think you should wait until you meet the right person and not go after girls. Thing will happen....and if a girl is going to like you....they should like you for who you are. And if they can't accept that....then that is too bad for them. It's their loss.

Yes girls do like that stuff. Do you not have a girlfriend because you are being turned down? What type of girl are you trying to get, are your standards to high? Not everything is going to be perfect in one person, everyone has they're faults. Be open minded and go for someone you click with.

well i like it in a guy and the reason why u probally dont have a gf is because some girls like CERTAIN things about a guys apperence, for example i like green eyes. also maybe u havent approached a girl the way u should, and also girls arnt jus gonna come up to u and say lets go out, u have to get to know them and not go to fast with them then ask them out
