I saw this in a documentary:
Drink as much salt water as you can for a long period of time. Also, you should stop eating and make sure to die some place with low humidity. That's how some Buddhist monks did it.

traditionally eat bark tannin.
reduce fluids,
its still suicide and has no religious merrit.
its an ego thing ,those who are likly to see your undecayed corpse think you holy but its just physics and chemistry
and as i said bad spiritually it binds your spirit to the flesh
brings bad karma too ,and tastes like k-rap.
you get so thirsty ,the spirit fixates on water and spiritual water dosnt quench the thirst.
