It really depends on how much time you two do get to spend together. If ya'll are like an hour away from each other and you get to hang out at least once a week, than thats a lot better than nothing. But the point of a relationship is to be with someone. Not just say your dating and never see each other...cause then your not dating.

Long distance relationship can sometimes works for your advantage, but you must never loose the communication and trust that the two of you have. Patience is the 3rd thing that the two you must have and if you both have this, no matter the distance is..your love will survive.

I was in a long distance relationship where he was the best. He didn't do anything I wouldn't do. There has to be trust, because if there isn't, there's no point in being together. If you're always wondering where the other is, when are you not arguing?

my wife (g/f at the time) used to live 4 hrs away and i could only visit on the weekends before we got married. we have also survived one deployment to iraq. so yes, long distance relationships can exist and thrive.
trust and communication are key to key to any relationship. if your b/f says he cant trust you or vice versa, yall may want to rethink your situation.
as far as braking up, thats on you.

It can it just takes a lot of trust. But most of the time it dont. If you dont get to see each other thats what hurts the most.

if you guys both love each other so much - it will definitely works.
but if the love vanishes and turned into hate, untrust, misunderstood, doubt, etc... - causes to destroy a relationship.
all you have to do is to put it back just to work things out...- that is what I am afraid of as well.
PS. can relate. :)
