Yeah, REnate is right. You have to wait 10 years before you can legally enter the United States depending on why you got kicked out. If you got convicted of a crime and served jail time in a US Prison (state or federal jails) and afterwards got deported then you're gone for good. Check this website for answers: http://www.uscis.gov/
Don't even think about coming here illegally via the open Mexican border. The Feds will be more harder on you than the illegal Mexican AmerIndians since the illegal Mexican AmerIndians have the "Hispanic" Caucus group and some members of the Catholic Church that protects them.
*edit: Then if that is the case on why you got kicked out, check with the American Embassy in Manila or Makati City. They can give you better advise.

Try to wait in line for a green card or those lottery programs they have and come here on your own like everyone else. Don't try to come here on a tourist visa and try to overstay on that. It won't work. Check out this example:

If you are deported you cannot legally return to the US for 10 (ten) years. A friend of mine was deported and this is how I know this fact. Actually, there is a movement afoot to make it an even longer period in the hope to discourage illegal people (which it will not).

There is no way to tell if someone made a mistake on the form or lied. Saying "I just made a mistake and checked the wrong box" won't cut it. * They had visas, but did not come here legally if they lied on the forms. It's a pity that a doctor has to leave, doctors are needed. But illegal is illegal. I think we should adopt the point system NZ has, with first pref going to those who are educated and have skills that this country needs. * Adrian is right.

If you overstayed in the US between 6 months and one year you're banned for 5 years. If you overstayed for 1 year or more you're banned for 10 years. If you were deported for criminal activity the odds are you will never be allowed back.
Good luck, I hope this helps.

It sort of depends on the circumstances of which you were deported. If it was for a crime then you need to check with the American embassy in your country. Perhaps never in that case.
You can ask for them to forgive your transgression but you need an attorney to do this for you. Sometimes they do and sometimes they do not. Then you can proceed if they do forgive you with again normalizing your status.

Contact the U.S. Consulate in Manila. You need a visa to enter the U.S. anyways and you will need a waiver of inadmissiblity included in your visa application.
If you were unlawfully present in the U.S. for 181-364 days you are inadmissible for 3 years. 365 days or longer you are inadmissible for 10 years - unless you get the visa with a waiver.
You can find alot of information at www.uscis.gov and www.travel.state.gov.

there must be a damn good reson why u deported.is it u r corrupted or u did something so bad that even yr own country doesnt want u around.Anyway,u must show yr sincerity that u r a changed person.U did charity work.contributes back to society and then maybe jsut maybe they might reconsider to let u stay for a couple of days.
