With a user name like The Atheist Revolutionary, you should at least understand the philosophy you're trolling.
The world God intended was devoid of evil. Had Adam and Eve obeyed God from the onset, the world would have remained a perfect place. However, God imbued man with free will. God allowed man the choice of obedience to Him or not. As is always the case in life, with choice comes ramification and responsibility. The ramification of choosing to disobey God was the introduction of evil.
If God were to prevent evil, He would have to rescind free will. In order for God to prevent evil, He would have to prevent men from making choices that carried evil ramifications. For example, God might have to prevent the invention and adoption of the combustion engine in order to prevent global warming.
Within the context of Christian philosophy, God did the one thing that matters most. God provided a sacrifice for the redemption of man. Through the death of Jesus Christ we can be reconciled to God. Does that put the individual into a perfect world. Nope. The world still bears the ramifications of sin.
So, in answer to your question. What good has God done to mankind? God provided salvation for your immortal soul provided that you accept as fact Christian Philosophy and theology.

Nothing, all the concept of God has done is hold back mankind from progress. There once was a time when all people believed in God and the church ruled. This time was called the Dark Ages.

God gave Jesus to mankind so that we may free of our sins, and be able to spend eternity with him in Heaven....and yes God has prevented many bad things that happen in the world...He has kept me and my family fed when we had no money coming in...he has kept a roof over our heads..provided a warm and loving home to come to each and every day....he has given children to a family that thought it may not be possible to have them, he has prevented many things, but it may not always be staring you right in the face...there are small miracles out there and big ones as well.

how do you know he hasn't? God didn't intend to create a perfect world if you are asking why bad things exist if God exists. but when someone prays, prayers are answered. many of mine have been answered, you can call it coincidence and lets just agree to disagree without arguing

All of the good things that ever happened to anyone throughout all time was the gift of God.
All of the evil that ever happened to anyone was the result, directly or indirectly, of sin and rebellion against God.
Every breath you take, every step, all the food and water and pleasure you ever experience is the gift of God.
I suspect your reasonable response of thanksgiving is somewhat overdue.

You cant be that blind. Elijah captured a entir army with the help of Gods Holly Angels. Some sort of spiritual blinders were placed on their eyes so they couldnt see. What has been placed over yours?

With out knowing you i can tell you, God could of prevented any bad things that had happen to you ,to be worse like,you could of be dead by now,but you are not?
