It depends on the situation. Every parent and caregiver (Babysitter) should know infant/child CPR/First Aid. If you know of a child that is being abused (Not just spanked) you owe it to that child to call the police. Don't just call CPS. They don't do jack SH**.

depends on the situation if hes chokeing do the himlic if hes not breathing do cpr if hes being abused contact child protective services if he is depressed be a role modle and hang out with him keep things positive and let him talk out any thing he needs to talk about please be more specific
