I have a lot of small moles all over my body. And recently they have been acting weird. One of them scabbed up, and one of them is like different shades in one mole.

I have also recently had a lump right below my belly button under the skin.

Don't know what it is. And im to scared to go to the doctor.

Most of the time, moles are completely benign (not dangerous). However, it is a sign that you should have them looked at if they start changing colors or scab up. Also, the little lump is something to get checked out. It's probably nothing, but it could be a form of skin cancer, and the sooner you get it checked out the sooner you can get it treated (if it is anything). Better safe :).

If you are willing to ask a uninformed stranger you may ask well goto a dermatologist. Worst case scenario its serious but you got there early and it can be treated before becoming worse off, best case you get a creme and it clears up in 3 weeks.

think of it this way the dermatologist has seen MUCH worse then a few moles heh

It's probably carcinoma, just go to the dermatologist. It's nothing to be afraid of. You should be more afraid of NOT going to the doctor. They can remove it with within seconds. If you don't go though and it is cancer it could grow and wind up killing you. Go to the dermatologist, it's a simple trip that takes no time, is not painful and could save your skin, literally.

dont be too scared to go to a dr....read this book called "total skin" by david lefel...moles with scabs usually are cancerous..know the ABCs of moles...asymetry(healthy moles are the same shape...pretend you were to fold it in half...does each half match to the other?), border(healthy moles have a definite border), color(healthy moles are a solid color)
