Has anyone used hydroxy cut or trimspa and does it really work. I am just curious thanks.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear but they are sooooo bad for you. They also do not work...I used to take them and they were horrible they made my heart race and it was very scary. I kept taking them because I thought they were working but they didn't work at all. I try not to regret anything but I would say that is one of the biggest things that I regret doing to my body, even though I don't have any long term side effects I still regret it. If you have any respect for yourself or your body you won't take diet pills.

they don't really work, it's a commercial there are supposed to tell you it works if they want sales.just lose weight the old fashion way exercise and healthy eating now that works, and believe me i know.
