I don't, but my parents thinks that money can buy happiness, pride, just everything... They're so sure that someone will be happy when they have lots of money..I'm sick of it..

no man that's a lot of f***ing trees they're tearing down to get the paper they need to make money.
that's not right..
i'm also sick of the whole concept of the value of money
*sigh*..
but i guess u need it to obtain what u want/need.
which is mostly the desire of having something that actually gets us to spend it -- u know as well as i do that i'm right.

No, it's not everything. Studies have shown that the richest people are not the happiest, and the poorest are not the saddest, but there does need to be a certain amt of money available for needs. I'm glad that you've been able to see the truth in this even with the example your parents have set.

You are right. In US this concept is even stronger than anywhere else. You know ,you live in the place where even healthcare was made a business. So what do you expect. You gotta have money in US. But do not get caought up in this. Invest in yourself by getting skills. Do not be like them. Be a rich person with a real personality and skills. It happens that they pay for skills here.

Money is not everything. You are right about the things that you said. Your parents don't understand because they haven't realized that what you said was right.

well your parents have a lot to learn...it's obvious that your parents maybe have never been in love or lost something humanly important to them...for if you do have those things you realize that nothing else is as important as the people in your life that matter.
