I get my hair blow dried every week but my exercise routine makes me sweat any tips to keep my hair looking good?

Good question. This is a tough one. What you want to do is to tie up your hair with a soft wrap so that you can keep your blowout or curls, if you have these from getting messy and damp which you exercise. Also, you want to keep the hair from getting too oily which will ruin your style. Sorry, hope this helps. It's just tough to keep a nice hair style nice after a big sweaty workout. Good luck!

Exercise and hair do not mix.

Try wrapping a bandanna around your forehead and tying it in the back to absorb the sweat.

try having your hair wet while you exercise then it does not have to suffer the damage of sweat that much
