ok i like this guy. hes a year older than me. every time we see eachother we flirt like he tries 2 hug me and kiss me but everytime he tries 2 somebody will walk in. and like he says he dont like me but he calles me on the phone, he says im his baby, im his girl and alot of other stuff. he sits on my lap and like hugs me and like im totally confused. Does he like me or is he just playin?

sounds like he likes you. hugs and kisses are a dead give a way. he stops because he doesn't want to be made fun of by the other people. and he may also not be sure if you like him. but if he's touching you in anyway - he likes you. the baby part is a bit much, that's more of a tease. you can always ask him ya know...

he likes you but I think its kind of weird for girls to ask out guys,
maybe thats only the case in my school so if you dont have a problem then I say go for it!

if hes denys it then he probably isnt sure about his feelings towards you or is a jerk and is playing you. If you really like him then talk to him about it and ask him why he is denying it. If he truely likes you theres no need for him to be denying it.

hhmmm...he likes you..but he might be playing on you..helloo?!he's older than you and he thinks you're gullible..if he admitted that he likes you or you're his girlfriend(not just baby or girl) or you have a serious relationship going on,it means that he's really into you..it's his committment what makes it true..
