Are you aware of the importance of eating right? I am very aware that eating right is important to everyday living
What do you consider eating right to be? Eating/Drinking about 2000-2500 calories a day
Do you manage your weight?If yes, how?I am supposed to but don't do it as well as I should, but I do physical training 2-3 times a week and I am in a musical, so I get in 30 minutes of dancing for 4 days, hey, I don't do to bad
Do you have properly balanced meals? No, stupidly
Do you often skip meals?If yes, why? No
Do you have a balanced amount of nutrients in your diet? I try very hard to
Do you eat fast food more than twice a week? Yes, but it is better than you would think, I usually get a grilled chicken sandwhich with only lettuce
Do you eat breakfast? Yes
How often do you snack Way to much, I would say 3-5 times a day (plus unhealthy meals)
Name the five most common items in your daily meals? bread, Cheese, chicken, pasta, and lettuce
On average, how many servings of the following do you have everyday?
Rice, bread or noodles I want to say 5
Vegetables one, maybe, I know its bad (salad should not be considered a vegetable b/c it doesn't have many calories or nutrients, but if you are than I have 2-3)
Fruits, I would say about 3
Meat and dairy products, about 6
Fried food, oily food, ect. darn school lunches about 5

drinking water, eating things that dont have artificial sweetners, eating enough fruits and vegetables every day. staying away from red meat, and fatty foods.

no i think eating every meal is important in order not to be hungry late at night

I am 42

I am very aware of the importance of eating right!

Yes, I manage my weight. At least an hour of cardio every other day and a little bit of weigh training.

Most of my meals are balanced, but there is the occasional pizza roll dinner.

I sometimes, forget to eat, I know that sounds crazy, but I get so busy and the next thing I know it is dinner time and I have not eaten any lunch!!

I believe I do have a balanced amount of nutrients in my diet.

I hardly ever eat fast food, maybe twice a month!

Yes, I eat breakfast.

I snack a couple times a day...nuts or cheese.

garden salad
fish
ham
chicken

---I try to manage my weight, but I'm totally unsucessful at it. However, I have manages to cut back a lot on soda, ice cream, and chips over the past two yrs. All I can say is take someonw else with you wen you grocery shop, it helps!

I'm an adult. The answer to your questions:
Yes.
Follow the food pyramid.
I manage my weight by running 6 miles a day and doing yoga and boxing.
I don't have balanced meals. I eat alot of junk food.
I often skip meals because I'm usually busy with work.
I don't have a balanced amount of nutrients in my diet.
No. I don't usually eat fast food.
No I don't eat breakfast.
I snack daily. I usually eat snacks all day instead of real food/meals.
Chocolate, Cheetos, bagel, water, pasta.
I'm not sure because I don't measure what I eat. I know that I eat alot of chocolate.
