My legs have dry patches and so does my arms. Even my nipples are itching, dry around my aereola. What should I use to lubricate up. I dont like greasy things. Suggestions for body lotions would be helpful.

I have very dry skin in the winter also.I've tried alot. but I've found the best lotion is Curel. I put it on after a shower or bath(every time) while my skin is still moist (helps retain moisture)and it really helps. It doesnt feel greasy, does what it claims heals dry skin. It also has a good light scent. Gold bond is also great, but smells medicine like to me.

I have the same problem, but what I do is when I get out of the shower (cool not hot water dries the skin) I put on johnson baby oil lotion non greasy, and I also use vaseline at night so it will mosturize my skin when im sleep..you should be able to find a nice softening body oil at the drugs stores, or like bath and body.
most of the lotions out there will dry your skin, I love using the vaseline, it helps alot, so does that non greasy baby oil..try a small bottle of that and see how it works, and use the vaseline on your nipples, it helps..my are so dry i pull off skin..I HATE itchy nipples...but it has helped me. and u may want to just lightly put some baby powder not alot for it may dry them out, just a little so your bra want be greasy

I would stay away from Ivory soap and use something more gentle and moisturizing. One I would recommend would be Dove's Deep Moisture body wash. Put a pan of water on the stove on low heat and let it moisturize your skin. Johnson's and Johnson's has some very nice lotions that aren't too greasy.

use sunblock n other skin lotion applying on the skin w'd stop u itchy n dry.
