lets say there are two guys exact height of 5'10, and both weights 265, one guy is pretty much all flabby but the other is pure rock hard muscle, will the one with more muscle look skinnier and more leaner than the other one whos all fat

well, ones weight is fat
others weight is muscle...
he should look skinnier than the flabby dude
but he wont be like a skinny person

Being that Muscle weighs more than fat.. The other guy would have to have a lot more Fat volume wise to weigh as much as the guy with muscle. So the muscle guy is going to look skinnier.
