Oh it's perfectly fine. Throw in the veggies that have been in the Tupperware next to the chicken for about 8 months, the leftover rice that's five months old (not quite aged enough but it will do in a pinch), and an expired can of cream of anything soup. Add 1 cup of extra sour milk (3 months aged at least) and you'll have a superb casserole! Enjoy the ensuing case of raging diahrrea! LOL!

Most likely not...a year is pretty long. But then again, at the freezing point of water, most cells are "frozen" so to speak and molecules move very, very slowly if not at all. Thats the whole deal with refrigerating wounded humans and dead fish to preserve freshness, right? Once I had a cheesecake that I totally forgot for almost 9 months, and it was still okay, if not a little iced over. But with meat, I can't say. I rarely cook meat or buy meat, so sorry.

I have to say NO FREAKING WAY. Chicken doesn't last that long. Also you should only keep leftover foods in your fridge for 3 days before they start to accumulate germs (for future reference). Do not eat the chicken throw it away immediately. Repeat: DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN!!!!

You have got to be kidding! Doesn't your fridge smell like rotten chicken?? Throw it away, along with everything else in there, and wash your fridge out with hot water and soda!!

I don't think you have enough bacteria in it yet. You should go wipe it on a toilet at Wal Mart first. Get the full effect of every kind of food poisoning. That's what I say...never do anything half way!

OK Dude...in reading some of your other questions, I would say we have bigger problems here than chicken and the size of your Koi. What kind of drugs are you on and WHERE can I get some??

I'd leave on the counter for a month, first. That should even it out.
