just move on. Its hard but if she "isnt sure" then why would you want to be with her anyways? I mean to go out with her and know the whole time that she was considering your best friend instead.. and even when ur with her and she talks to ur best friend ur gonna wonder. Save yourself the drama and just move onto another girl that likes you for you.

You can't do anything to make her like you more, just show that you genuinely care about her, and her wellbeing, etc. but the ultimate choice on her deciding whether she likes you or would go out with you, is up to her, you can't change that. If you could, then it would not make sense because humans have free will, they can choose what they want to do.
Don't make yourself up to be anything you're not. Be yourself, if you like her, tell her how you feel, give her gifts that show how special you really think she is.
I'm not a professional with women in fact the complete opposite, i've only ever liked one girl in my life, and still do. but its a high chance of being unreciprocated love.

Maybe go shopping and get some clothes(abercrombie, hollister, american eagle) with her . When your're talking try not to sweat. Never rush a girl. Dont ask stupid questions.
