OK well this could mean 2 things.
1. she likes you and thinks your cute
2. she just thinks your cute but doesn't really like you but still stares to soak it in.
but to answer your question girls can't stare 24/7 they need to look at other things to other than you so don't worry to much about it she prob. likes you.

well, its not like ppl r going to stare at u all day, i mean, ppl have a life. so, its like saying, y r u looking at her all the time? just cuz u feel like it! she just feels like looking at u sumtimes and not all the time.
