The meaning of life is to gain eternal life.
If you fail to gain eternal life,
Then no matter what you do in this brief mortal life,
It will in the end be meaningless
Because you and all your deeds and feelings will end up as Nothing, zilch, scatch, dirt, squat, rotting bones,
Just like when a wave on a beach comes up
And completely washes away a message written in the sand. The First Letter of John in the Bible says: "And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life."

Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.

I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.

You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.

The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

There is no ultimate meaning of life. Life is what you make it. Life's meaning is not pre-determined and planned out. You must find your own destiny and meaning; you must create it. You have something -- life, the here-now, the present -- and must make the best out of it. You must answer why you are here.

The decisions you make will have an outcome.
I have a web site dedicated to that very question.
It is very Christian.

The obligation of God's creation to give to Him all honor, praise, adoration, and glory due Him because He is the holy and divine creator. Worship is to be given to God only (Exodus 20:3; Matt. 4:10). Jesus, being God in flesh (John 1:1,14 ; Col. 2:9), was worshipped (Matt. 2:2,11; 14:33; John 9:35-38; Heb. 1:6).
