whenever you start to feel angry or talk about a subject that may end in an argument stop and try to relax. Or just make something up to leave to just avoid the whole situation. The more you try to relax the more you will probably be able to control the impulses to have an attitude.

Is good that you see your problem. I know you can't afford much. You need to book an appointment with your Dr. and talk to him or her. Period. He or she can help. Now for something you can do. Figure out when this started and why. Something in the past has made you very angry. Am willing to bet you know what it was. Now deal with it. Right now you are letting what happened rule you and hurt not only yourself but your loved ones too. Tell your Dr. and let him or her help you. Counseling is well worth the money and time you spend. Good luck.

Look at the bright side, at least you know and admit that you have this problem...know all it takes is the will power to stop it...
If you want to change the world, change yourself.
probably you should avoid getting mad. If you know things are going to heat up, you leave the scene immediately or calm yourself before you continue...
deep breathing is good, and thinking about what makes you mad is even better... tell your family and your boyfriend about your willingness to change... and ask their help... they could try to be more patient or more understanding...
whatever you do, dont give up!!

Well...there's nothing else for it...you have to grow up. The reason you're having temper tantrums (yes, that's what they are) is because you learned the behavior as a child. When you did that you got a desired response from your parents. (Not that they always caved in, but you got some attention for it) Now that your older, the behavior is downright stupid.
Tell your friends and family to inform you that "you're doing it again" whenever you start up with your childish rants. Give yourself a reward whenever you go for a period of time without one of those tantrums. (Like get a massage for every month you don't have one.) I think it would be a great way to reinforce your positive behavior, and make you be accountable for it.

Try leaving the room to cool down before anything happens. Sometimes anger can be uncontrollable. You have to learn ways of dealing with the emotions.
Have tried anger management classes? These should be free and they can give you lots of tips, even if anger is not the key issue.

How about buying books on ager management or the internet. These are a lot cheaper than therapy and may also be an effective way to help. Good luck.

You don't feel good about yourself....what is making you feel so insecure?? Do something to make your self feel better first.
You may not want to hear this, but can you go to church? they have young adult groups, that go out and do things together.
Maybe you can go and be around people that will understand.
This would be a good start for you.
you could also do some volunteer work, even if it's a couple nights a week, this may make you feel good about yourself,
good luck

If you sincerely care about your boyfriend your family and friends then the solution is simple, think about them rather than your spoiled self!
