No, other wise my whole face would be a scar. What picking at or popping a pimple does it stretch out the pore that is infected to make it more prone to getting infected over and over. The best was to extract is using steril objects like washing your hands and a Cue tip. The estheticians (facial people) at work wear gloves and use a cue tip and a little bit of fingers. If you have to pick to much or to hard, then just wait for it to come to surface more, picking and picking and picking will possibly scar you.

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria. In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

No, otherwise I would be terribly scarred, only if you dig alot at the skin does it scar, especially if the opening is very wide or deep.
