or is it more correct to say Religion is an abomination to God if it has idolatry and fornication and sorcery in it? Does this in NO WAY mean that people who BELIEVE are not Abominations?
NO.
it is speaking the word of God to a prophet and quoting what was said. but what evidence can anyone share that would prove it or disprove it.

depends on your interpretation of a religion.

Christ wasn't a religious person, as the people he had the most problem with, were the Pharisees: the religious leaders of the time. Jesus did things that they thought were sinful, as they had made it religious law, but he didn't break any of God the Father's laws. Christ came to offer something better than religion: a relationship with God like He intended.
