i kinda like this guy but i dunno how he feels. he looks at me 24/7 and always smiles at me but we dont talk as much as we used to. like everyday he used to talk to me about something, anything, but now its rare he says a word to me, but he wont stop staring!! what does this mean? what should i do!

Well, as a guy I'll tell you right now:
He likes you. He didn't think you were responding right to talking so he probably did a little thinking and realized that most ladies respond more if you barely acknowledge them. It's strange but it's a roundabout way of getting your attention without directly expressing his feelings.
Just read his body language and go with the flow.

the guy is shy and is perhaps afraid of getting into a relationship by pushing things further..he may be insecure bout getting into a relationship due to past experiences...many people feel that way..they're sometimes afraid of getting into a relationship..that may be the problem hun...
