Biologic father is not involved but does pay child support. Currently his parents exercise his part of the divorce decree. We want to limit this because we feel the grandparent does not need to see them so much .

You need to check with the County Attorney in whatever county the divorce decree was granted in. However, if you want to limit the Grandparents visitation "just because" you feel they don't need to see the children so much, that is not a valid reason. In order for the court to take away the very limited grandparents rights you must have valid and documented reasons. I do know that in Texas the grandparents rights are very limited. So you would have to show some pretty strong evidence to a judge and possibly a jury to determine if these people were not fit to be around their own grandchildren. Please be very careful in doing this, as it might be something you will live to regret. Children always grow up and always ask why, so just be prepared for what may or may not happen and don't do something out of anger or just to get back at someone. Your children will be the ones who pay, so ask yourself, is it worth it? I do hope things work out for you and your children.

Why? Are they bad people? Let them enjoy their grandchildren. If they are making nuisances of themselves, talk to them personally.
