hallo need expert help here.. i have problem with my neighbor who live on the two block after my house.. and she always leave her dog **** next to my house.. which is vacant lot
help what should i do? kill her? or shoot the dog..?
since i try to talk to her nicely but she was like nasty skank

you need to contact your neighboorhood council and tell them about your problem, and for that lady if you caught her just ignore that dog's poop , call police and report that to them she will receive sanitation tickect for around 300 dollar

Politely tell her that she is responsible for removing the waste. In most cities there is an ordinance. Somewhat like this.
Owners must dispose of all dog waste and must have disposal equipment (scooper and baggies) in their possession at all times when walking dogs on public property such as parks, playgrounds, trails and streets. When pet waste is not picked up, rain washes the waste and bacteria into our storm drains and then pollutes our waterway. Dispose of pet waste properly, preferably in the toilet. Then it gets "treated" as it should.
If you inform her of this fact she may comply. If she does not, then call your animal control authorities.
