which is more dangerous, getting high off of things like spray paint and nail polish or getting high off of crack cocaine...just wondering since I know a few teens who do all of these

Best advice- STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF IT !!!!!
Let's just say that for some unbelievable reason -all of a sudden you were 45 years old and looking back at exactly where you are now asking this drug and substance question.... do you think that you would want to scream to yourself to avoid ALL the poisons that you are considering ingesting into your body- because after all you for some incredible reason didn't OD but here you are now- a 45 year old feeling like your body is a 75 year old -physically breaking down each year!
Substance will destroy you- be clear on that!

Getting high on spray paint, etc, is more dangerous, and I'll tell you why. Those who do it do not realize that it is just as dangerous, and are more likely to overdose because those substances are more readily available.

All of those things that you said are VERY bad for you which I'm sure you know and were told. Those chemicals go straight to your brain and kill protien diposits that help you remember things. Not to mention, disconnect your human nerons that keep you sain. Not to sound like your parents but stop and tell your friends to stop. I'm living proof cause I lost my brother to huffing spry paint. He now has to be fed from a stray. Good Luck!
