When I think of a "pretty boy," it's a guy who is handsome but in a feminine way, not masculine. I agree with everyone too, that it is a guy who spends a lot of time on his looks. So if one defines it that way, a pretty boy isn't necessarily "gay." I have seen many guys who are straight but are pretty =)

When I think of a Pretty Boy I think of a guy that is very preppy and loves himself, and shows it off. A guy who shops only at American Eagle and Abercrombie and Hollister, a guy who is about 3 steps from gay. Girls like him because they can Relate to him. I don't find this attractive.....

pretty boy is when a guy is more into his looks then the girl or guy he is dating. the guy cares more of how he looks then anything else.

well, wut i think is attractive, hot, lots of girls like him...that kind of thing...other good qualities...is a gentlmen, has a sense of humor....that kinda stuff.
