Uh, it's not just a line, it's a conversation. Chivelry (I can't spell....) is good, because like if you hold the door open for her, or something like that, she's bound to notice. Well I would at least.

I suggest going over and just start a conversation about anything, something around you, something you think she will be interested in.
Then while she conversation is going good and you are about to go, ask her if she'd like to talk with you and my guess is she'll probably say yes....
