i have had ringing in my right ear since yesterday it was an out of the blue thing it hasn't gone away and i can't hear anything else besides the ringing my parent know me for having super-ears and it seems weird for me to get this i have no earwax cuz my mom cleaned it out and its annoying and i don't know whats wrong .anyone?

I am not a doctor . so you should probably see one if it doesn't go away in a few days. It could be you are just getting over a cold or minor ear infection , just an opinion . Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

You are probably congested from a cold and there is fluid in your ears. Take some cold medicine and/or some Mucinex and it will help. Check the lable to make sure you can take it with any other medicine you may take or if you have any other conditions that indicate you should not take it. If it continues you should see your doctor.

Have you been ill recently? Taken any NSAID's recently? Been exposed to loud sounds recently?
Each of these can cause ear ringing on a temporary basis. If this doesn't clear on it's own in a few days, make certain that you see your doctor.
