She is only 4 so she does not know any better, she does not know it is wrong. It is up to the family, you and parents to tell her it is wrong. Perhaps the 10 year old is making her do it, at 4 she looks up to her older sisters and wants to do what they do and tell her to do. Make sure you tell your parents, you do not want your sisters getting into trouble, it is better they learn it is wrong now before they get any older. Does the 10 year old admit to getting the 4 to do the stealing? Now is the time to tell your parents and for you to be a good role model to your younger sisters.

First of all, if your PARENT does not know this is happening while they are shopping with all of you, then the PARENT MUST BE TOLD.
The PARENT needs to take responsibility for this MISCONDUCT of the children .. and yes, if the Child is doing this, then the child needs to FACE CONSEQUENCES ... including losing Privileges (like the TV or video games), and also being SEARCHED by the PARENT PRIOR to leaving the store to PREVENT their child from keeping any stolen goods.
This is VERY SERIOUS ... if the Parent does not know their child has something they stole, then the PARENT will be CRIMINALLY CHARGED by the store, and that will mean a lot of consequences for the PARENT.

Tell your parents right away and if they care, they have to sit down and talk to your two sisters about the problem and say "this needs to stop."

Tell your parents. And encourage your parents to take them back to the store and admit to theft.

tell them what my parents told me when i was younger... that if they continue to steal then god will come and punish them by ripping out their eyes..and burning off their hands...then raping their bodies till their soul cries out for relief..and if that doesnt work..then sacrifice them on the altar of your local church thats what happend to my sister when she wouldnt listen to my parents...its gods way..its what he wants..listen to his desires or burn in everlasting torment..
