im really bad at making an interesting conversation and im tryin to talk to this guy but i feel like im just annoying him. help me out?

Okay, first of all don't force yourself on him. If an opportunity for conversation comes up, ask him about himself, or maybe mention something that you both saw that day and make a comment about it. Just be yourself; you being uncomfortable makes him uncomfortable and you end up with a no win situation.

just talk to things he intrested in. just ask him question. just tell him things he wants to hear. make him feel special. good luck

ask him about things he wants to hear, and after a while maybe he wont mind hearing things you want to talk about
