I think Lexie is an adorable name for a dog, especially a shih tzu! That's what I named mine! A shih tzu is a very good choice for a dog. They don't shed, and they're so cuddly! If you don't like that name, here is a website that might be helpful! Good luck!

I would name a Shih tzu names like buddy, bailey, rocky, rico, roxy, revy and anything else that fits the dogs personality
