My farts stink so bad?

What is wrong here? I think Im eating normally? McDonalds for Breakfast, Taco Bell for Lunch and Wendy's for Dinner.. There couldnt be any more normal of a way. I cant figure out why my cholestorol is so high either

You must look pretty cool driving through the drive through of McDonald's in your hummer? With all your money you'd think you'd eat at a better restaurant.Are you spending alll your money on cream?
