Donald Scott is a name that always comes to mind but there are many others than most Americans are willing to admit.
Anthony Diotaiuto is another and info on both -- and many more -- can be found by following the links below.
Murder in the name of the "War on Drugs" so that they can "send the right message to young people." Some message.

Yep. Years ago. Policeman was trying to make his town safe from longhaired weirdos. Pinned this guy between the police car and a guard rail on a mountain pass.
Policeman lost his job, and that town's police force was slapped with a lawsuit..

my dog and my three newborn kittens. i know that they weren't people but i had my dog for 9 years and NO he DID NOT act aggresive. the 3 kittens were orphans that i was taking care of for my daughter. let me tell you the story. we had recently moved into a fix it up house but because it had no air conditioning i had been staying at a friends and worked on the house at night when it was cooler. the yard was overgrown front and back. in the back was one pot plant that was there before i had moved in. i had no part in planting it nor was i doing anything for it to grow but my fault lay in the fact that i had not yet pulled it up. i believe my ex-husband who knew the plant was back there tried to get himself out of trouble with the law by turning me in and used the pot plant as reason. (by the way i don't smoke pot) anyway about 10pm i was bottlefeeding the baby kittens when my door was knocked down by 20+ police, swat etc.. as iwas thrown to the ground and guns pointed at me my dog ran outside and hid. i was bruised and battered and threatened and because they were angry that they found no more than a pot plant they vindictively sent the kittens to animal control and told animal control that they were abandoned after i pleaded to them to allow somebody to pick them up. they refused. i was taken to jail and thrown in the drunk tank for 5 hours (i also do not drink) the reason that was done so that i could not call anyone to save the kittens and also so that the time would fall so that i would be held for 5 days over the weekend instead of 3 if they would have booked me when i really did arrive at the jail. my dog mysteriously diappeared and a neighbor reported later that they saw an officer pick up my dead dog and throw it in one of their trucks. they failed to file charges after all that. i take responsibility for not pulling the plant right away but that doesn't justify the murder of paco, belle, tinker and tigger. no but I saw it on cops once. the girl pulled a knife on police and came close to the one cop and so the cop had no choice but to shoot, plus the girl had her daughter held hostage.
