Bake and kind of bone in chicken at 350 degrees for an hour. Anything less and it will be undercooked.

I always cook them for at least 1 hour. But I saw this on a web site:

350 degrees.

Without knowing how cold the legs are to start with, there is no set rule of thumb on the time of cooking. You should try to use a thermometer to register a temperature of 180 degrees.

If you don't have thermometer, you can cut along side of the bone to make sure the pink is gone. Another test is to poke the chicken with your finger. It should feel firm and not "mushy" at all.

Here is a rough guide of cooking times, provided by Purdue Chicken. I think their recommendations are a little long, but with chicken you are better safe than sorry.

Baking/Roasting Instruction Instruction

Chicken breasts, boneless & skinless

Chicken drumsticks

Set the temperature to 350 F and bake for any where from 35 to 55 minutes depending in the thickness of the meat. An easy way to check doneness is to cut one down to the bone and check if the bone is dry.. dry is done , wet means more time.
GOOD LUCK

350º F(176ºC). Oven temperatures vary, so your best best is to get a meat thermometer, and cook until ithe legs internally registers @ 185º F ( 85º C).
