Richard Hoagland I THINK testifies that He believes WE ARE the Martians.
However, i dont think so. If there was a society on mars They were created by God just as We are.
however mankind always created god in their own image I dont think any religion is Free from that judgment.
If the trinity is true, i have believed in the Godhead, oh yeah at one time i believed in the trinity but only because thats what i was taught to believe in. but through serious scripture study i had come to the conclusion that the concept of the trinity does not fit all the concepts of the LIVING GOD in all the verses that apply to God. So even christianity is guilty of creating a NON existent God and because of this it is called an Idolatry. Men do create their own gods and dieties and some of them come the existence of fallen angels that rebel against God.

For one thing, there is no such things as martians.
For another, no one created God, he just is and always has been and always will be.
By the way...why did you capitalize martians, but not God?
