The kids are like a handbag or neckless. These people go to other places to adopt kids to feed the poor. Why? Don't we have enough poor here in the USA?

That's simply not true.
You're going with media hype here, not reality.
A lot of "stars" devote themselves to a lot of causes and charities, including those that help people in their own countries.

There is a need there. But if our house "the USA" is not in good order, how can we fully help someone Else's. We need to strengthen home base first. Many of our stars think because of their notoriety that they know or understand more than the rest of us. Examine their backgrounds, their education, etc. and it becomes apparent they are not all they want us to think they are.

Stars love publicity. And especially when they are in public and all the attention. There are other humans fighting for causes besides them.
