Take a night cruise on the Odyssey or take a walk through the cherry blossoms. Or, try a romance package at one of the nicer hotels in the city.

Watch the sunset from the Jefferson Memorial (if the weather's good. Especially when cherry blossoms are in bloom, last week in March/first week in April).
