iTunes Dude!

It's free
It's easy

You can import all your songs that you got off limewire, convert them to multiple formats, make playlist and burn, burn burn. You can make music CDs, Data CDs, Mp3 CD's

I find iTunes the easiest and most user friendly.

However here is a site that lists the best stand alone burner software and offers reviews.

There are many options.

The best 2 i would say if your burning music and not pics n that has got to be mediamonkey.
